Founded in 1954 is the owner of a proprietary process that creates the legendary Genuine Broaster Chicken. The process uses the company's marinades and coating to prepare chicken which is then fried in a Broaster Pressure Fryer and consumes 50% less oil and maintains the crispiness and the succulent tenderness inside which can only be experienced in our stores. Broaster Company licenses more than 5,000 restaurants, bars, and carryout locations in the United States with additional locations in 36 countries. It is served at leading chains like "Bob Evans Garden"& "Al Bek" among others. Broaster Chicken aspires to open 50 outlets by 2017 end. Currently, we have overall 29 successfully operating stores across Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Patna, Lucknow, Raipur, Surat and Guwahati and is soon due to open in Bangalore, Delhi, Varanasi and many more locations across India.
